Last Saturday we pulled all the cucumber plants out as well as tilled under all the zucchini and squash plants. Both had finished their veggie production and we needed to start planting our next crop. Okra. We planted these little seeds on Saturday.
Today o stopped by the garden to harvest some tomatoes before the birds got them and check on the beans. I picked probably a good 30-40#s of tomatoes and a good amount of beans.
I happened to look over at the garden beds where we planted to okra and was wk surprised to find this:
Little baby okra plants sprouting out of the ground already!! I thought it would be at least a week before we would see these babies poking their heads out of the ground!
Isn’t nature amazing??
