Dessert…Its What’s For Dinner

Okay, so I am eating dinner backwards today…

I made these little egg cakes for Easter.  I froze a few of them for cravings like the one I had today.

The cake is a lemon pound cake made from scratch.  Thawed, then lightly frosted with cream cheese buttercream frosting (also homemade), accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with homemade chocolate sauce.


Now if I could just figure out what to have for dinner that is a bit more healthy… 🙂
