And that means – SALADS!
Monday and Tuesday I had salads for dinner.
Monday’s salad included romaine lettuce, diced ham, pepperjack cheese, artichokes, and tomatoes. Salad dressing was balsamic vinegar and lemon olive oil.
Tuesday’s salad was similar, yet different – romaine lettuce, diced ham, feta cheese, artichokes, tomatoes, pepercini peppers, and salad dressing of balsamic vinegar and lemon olive oil.
