Dinner – Sunday June 19, 2011

Tonight I pulled a boneless porkchop from the freezer, and using a sweet/spicy grilling sauce, grilled the chop.  Sides included: Potato Salad made with an indian yogurt sauce (minty/spicy) an interesting twist on potato salad; fresh tomatoes and cucumber salad with a dark beer from St. Arnold’s brewery located in Houston.
